Andrew is a Partner based between Hong Kong and London, with 30 years of experience in executive search. He specialises in senior-level appointments across financial services, advising clients on the identification and assessment of leadership talent in competitive financial services markets.
He was the co-founder of Profile Search & Selection in 2005, he led the sale of the business in 2020 and the MBO in 2026. Today he combines leadership of the broader business with active client management within the Financial Services practice, focusing mainly in APAC and the Middle East.
Experience
In his role, Andrew drives strategic client relationships and manages executive search delivery across all sub-sectors with Financial Services.
With more than 25 years based in Hong Kong, and 30 years of executive search experience, Andrew has a track record of leading teams and driving strategies that support the long-term success of the organisation.
Prior to relocating to Hong Kong in 1998, Andrew was based in London, working first at PwC and then at a boutique search firm, where he managed financial services and legal search teams.
