As Principal, Commerce Finance at The Profile Group, she partners with organisations to identify and attract high-calibre finance talent, supporting hiring mandates from senior management through to finance leadership levels across a wide range of industries.

With more than 13 years of recruitment experience, Wan Qi has developed deep expertise across the full spectrum of finance functions and is recognised for her consultative approach, strong market knowledge and ability to align talent strategies with evolving business priorities.
Having joined Profile Search & Selection, which became part of WilsonHCG before re-establishing itself as The Profile Group, Wan Qi has been instrumental in building and expanding the Commerce Finance practice throughout its evolution and growth. She has advised multinational corporations, listed companies, private equity-backed businesses and high-growth organisations on talent acquisition and succession planning.
Her recruitment expertise is complemented by a strong commercial and finance foundation, having previously held banking roles with OCBC Bank and DBS Bank, and having started her career in audit with Ernst & Young.
