Earlier, she spent several years as a Senior Researcher with a Singapore-based boutique executive search firm, supporting mid-to-senior and executive-level appointments within Energy and Specialty Chemicals. Before moving into executive recruitment, she began her career in the Philippines as a Human Resources Generalist specialising in Compensation & Benefits.
