Experience
Ella joined Profile in 2021, she currently provides research and recruitment coverage to searches at the junior to senior levels, with a primary focus on all front office mandates. Her expertise is finding hard to attract and passive talent in the market and engaging with them meaningfully to understand their career aspirations.
Prior to joining Profile, Ella worked in an administrative and recruitment support functions, where she developed her recruitment foundation, thereafter, moving into specialist research within executive search.

Ella holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Business Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
