Over the course of her career, Joanne has built an extensive network across Singapore and Asia, partnering with multinational companies, start-ups and local conglomerates across healthcare, consumer products, technology and industrial B2B. Before joining The Profile Group, she managed a team at a global executive search firm in Singapore, gaining valuable experience across leadership search, talent strategy and the evolving finance landscape.
Known for her consultative style, commercial mindset and instinct for the right fit, Joanne takes the time to understand what sits behind every brief — the business challenge, the leadership agenda and the aspirations of the individual — creating connections that deliver lasting value for both clients and candidates.
