Jolene has more than 20 years of recruitment and executive search experience, specialising in mid- to senior-level appointments across Asia. She has extensive sector expertise across healthcare and life sciences, with a particular focus on life sciences, medical devices, biotechnology and healthcare services — including enterprise, regional and country leadership appointments as well as technical, scientific and specialist mandates.
Experience
Jolene has been with The Profile Group since 2017, where she is Practice Lead of Healthcare & Life Sciences. Based in Singapore, she focuses on executive search across Southeast Asia, taking a consultative approach to understanding each client's business, culture and talent requirements, and values building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Prior to joining Profile, Jolene began her executive search career with a leading Asia-focused search firm before working with boutique search firms, gaining experience across healthcare and nutrition, logistics and supply chain, FMCG, retail, hospitality and real estate, as well as chemical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and industrial engineering sectors.
This broad cross-sector experience gives her a strong understanding of different talent markets and senior-level recruitment requirements across the region. She takes a patient and persistent approach to challenging searches, particularly where the talent pool is limited or highly specialised.

Jolene holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
