Karen brings over 18 years of executive search experience, specialising in senior-level appointments across Asia.
Based in Singapore, she leads The Profile Group’s Technology & Digital and Sales, Marketing & Communications (SMC) practices.
She works across a diverse range of leadership functions, including General Management, Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, Branding, Communications, Government Relations, Digital, Product, Technology, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, and other specialist functions. Her mandates span Manager and Head-level roles through to Director, Vice President and C-suite appointments.
Over the course of her career, Karen has developed extensive cross-sector expertise, partnering with organisations across B2C, B2B and B2G environments.
Experience
Karen is an experienced executive search consultant specialising in mid- to senior-level appointments across Asia, with a focus on Commercial and Technology functions.
Prior to moving into executive search, Karen worked in Shanghai in a regional business development role within the professional services sector.
Her first-hand commercial experience provided a natural foundation for her recruitment career, giving her an understanding of how businesses build markets, drive growth and assess commercial talent across Asia. Over the course of her search career, she has built on this foundation to develop expertise across both Commercial and Technology appointments.
Education
Karen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (2nd Upper Class Honours) from the University of Melbourne, Australia, majoring in Political Science.
