Sophia is Partner, CFO & COO, responsible for leading the firm's finance, operations and corporate functions across Asia. Working closely with the partners and leadership team, she oversees the infrastructure, governance and operating framework that supports the firm's growth, operational effectiveness and long-term success.
Experience
Sophia brings more than 20 years of experience across finance, operations and business management within global professional services organisations. She has partnered with regional and global leadership teams to improve business performance, support growth and lead transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining the firm, Sophia held senior finance and operational leadership roles across Asia. Her experience spans financial planning and analysis, business transformation, systems implementation and post-acquisition integration, including leading FP&A responsibilities for a global business.
