Andy works in partnership with the group to deliver co-managed Executive Search solutions onshore in Mainland China. Andy joined Profile in Shanghai in 2010 and worked with the team for 16 years. During this time, he ran the Financial Services division and was the Co-Head of China. He has operated extensively across a wide range of functional areas within Financial Services and adjacent sub-sectors.

With over 17 years of experience in recruitment, Andy specializes in senior-level hiring across financial services, including asset management, insurance, fintech, and real estate investment. Beyond recruitment, he works closely with clients on strategic talent mapping, market entry support, and cross-border business initiatives, particularly in Greater China and Southeast Asia.
