Sean Brennan provides risk advice to the Profile Group. Sean has over 25 years of legal experience across Asia Pacific, and has advised on multiple M&A transactions in the region. He has held senior legal positions at Experian, Tata Communications and a JV of Telstra and PCCW and Virgin Mobile MEA.
Experience
A Telecoms, IP & Technology lawyer covering M&A and General Commercial with over 25 years experience. Sean was recently General Counsel for Experian Asia Pacific based in Singapore. He had to build the legal and compliance function from scratch ending up managing a large team of lawyers, risk officers and compliance professionals across 13 countries in Asia Pacific.
Prior to that he worked in the major International law firms of Norton Rose and Sidleys in London and Hong Kong. Following Experian Asia Pacific, he held a contract role as Group General Counsel for the fintech start-up Summit.
He then took up a role as Group General Counsel for Beyond One looking after the global legal function including subsidiaries Virgin Mobile MEA and Virgin Mobile Latam.
Following that he held a contract role as General Counsel for Nasdaq listed VivoPower.
