Richard co-founded Profile in 2005 based in Hong Kong. He led the regional expansion of the business across Asia Pac and ran the Human Resources Practice personally day to day.
He stepped away from the business in 2022 and now resides in Europe where he balances a busy family life with advisory work and various competitive sporting endeavors. Raised in Hong Kong and a leading fixture of the Asian Executive Search community for more than two decades, Richard lends his unique perspective to the continued development of the business.

Richard specialises in senior-level human resources mandates across financial services, commerce & industry, and professional services and lead the HR practice for Profile across Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai and Beijing.
